Bamleshwari Devi Shrine: At this tourist attraction of Dongargaon, the deity Bamleshwari Devi is held in high esteem by the devotees. The deity is, in fact, one of the forms of Goddess Durga. The temple rests above a mountain peak that rests at a height of about 1000 feet from sea level. To have the glimpse of the deity, you have to cover a flight of 1100 steps. A ruler of the city, named Raja Veersen, was responsible for the construction of this temple.
Chhoti Bamleshwari Temple : Another important shrine in the premises of which goddess Durga is worshipped is the temple of Chotti Bamleshwari. It is located atop a hill of 1600 feet height. Devotees flock in large numbers at the time of Navratri Festival.
