There are many things consisting of the rectangular courtyard that lies in the centre of the city along with the chambers on all the sides. This erection has an entrance in its east side and this building is located on the Hauz-i-Shamsi, was constructed during the Lodi placing it in the north east period and is considered to be pleasure resort  or the pilgrim resort.

A construction which is situated in the western wall is known as ‘minharb’ portrays that mosque especially for private use. There are several designs of squelches that lie in its chambers. The squares here are mounted with the help of square chattris and the main gate is decorated with the domed pavilion blue in color and is very beautifully decorated.

Today, the most important function of Phulawalon-ki-sair is held here. There are chances that it acquires the name from Jahaz Mahal because of its appearance like the shape of ship with the huge appearance.
