Khangchendzonga National Park, situated in the state of (Sikkim) is one of India’s (Ecosphere treasury) too. National Park of Khangchendzonga, forenamed after the impressive Khangchendzonga range of mountain that is 1 of the component of the grand (Himalayan Mountainous Range). Khangchendzonga is situated in the biggest region of (Sikkim). Khangchendzonga National Park is 1 of some elevated wildlife parks of India. Over here you will find many glaciers that also constitute the popular (Zemu Ice Mass centre).The amount of snow and rain which falls here is quite massive.
Flora :
The (flora) of the National Park of Khangchendzonga, is typically a moist and moderate biome possessing of Maple, Birch, Oak, Fir, and willow etc.Distant from these few shrubs, medicinal herbs and Alpine grasses, are typically created at higher reaches of (National Park of Khangchendzonga).
Wildlife :
Khangchendzonga National Park, an abode of many mammals like Sloth Bear, Himalayan Blue Sheep Musk Deer, Red Panda, Tibetan Wild Ass, Takin, Himalayan Tahr, Wild Dog, Serow, Snow leopard, Civet etc.The reptile species includes Russell’s viper and Rat snake. This place is a heaven for all the (bird watchers) as you will find more than 550 species of gorgeous birds like Blood Pheasant, Green Pigeon,Impeyan Phesant,Tragopan,Himalayan Griffon, Asian Emerald Cuckoo, Tibetan Snowcock,Eagle,Sunbird,Lammergeier,Osprey and Satyr Tragopan.
