Horticulture University : This university is stretched over 550 hectares; The then Chief Minister, Y.S.Paramar was responsible for establishing this University of its own kind. There are about 14 different departments that are part of the esteemed educational institute.
Gobind Sagar Lake : This lake is a part of Bilaspur district of Himachal Pradesh and is a pleasing getaway for vacationers. You can enjoy picnicking here and pursue a number of thrilling sports. The serenity of the place attracts a number of tourists. Another picturesque lake that is present in the vicinity is Karali Lake.
