Kunzum Pass :

Kunzum Pass is the gateway for Spiti from Lahul and Kullu. It is situated on an altitude of around 4,590 m above sea level. This place can be visited any time during the year as the Climatic conditions are good. The pass gives you the breathtaking view of the second largest Glacier of the world which is known as Bara-Sigri. The Temple of Goddess Durga is situated on top of the pass.

There are some beautiful hill resorts on the way to Kunzum Pass which includes Baralacha La, Darcha, Tanlang La, and Sarchu, which one should not miss if visiting the Kunzum Pass.

From Tandi to Killar is one of the popular routes among the trekkers in this area. The other famous trek route is from Kunzum pass to Chander Tal, which is around 12kms long.

The way to this pass is easy as you have to reach Gramphoo and from there it is just 20 kms drive after crossing the Rohtang Pass. After Gramphoo a right turn can make you reach to this pass. The way by road is the best way to reach this pass.
