Hill Stations of Jammu and Kashmir :

Patnitop :

Patnitop is roosted on an extremely beautiful plateau diagonally on the highway pass of the Jammu to Srinagar. The place is shrouded with several hayfields by thick forests of Blue Pine (Kai) and Cedar (Deodar) trees, beautiful picnic spots, affords walks and marvelous views from Pir Panjal to Chenab basin. For soothe, you can visit pleasing Nag Temple located in Karlah Village.

This place is also famous for practicing adventurous sports such as trekking, skiing and aero sports. Even short treks and horse rides are other activities that are performed surrounding the hills. Patnitop draws good attention from tourists across the world. The gentle sloppy region is perfect for sledging and skiing. Apple orchards are small region which offers breathtaking views.

Gulmarg :

Gulmarg is the prime destination in the state of Jammu and Kashmir. The legendary beauty, its proximity and prime location naturally attracts the tourist. At present, Gulmarg is bounded with exceptional beauty and prime location for adventurous sports when it’s shrouded with snow. A huge shape of cup meadow, green and lush slopes broke your silence when you hear the tinkle of the cowbells. This place is been a venue for most of the films, as the location offers a fantasy view. The Prime attraction of Gulmarg is the Alpather lake, Khilanmarg valley, Ningli Nallah, Ferozpore Nallah and Ziarat of Baba Reshi or Shrine of Baba Reshi.

The prime attraction of Gulmarg is the Gondola peak, where with the help of a cable car you can actually see the entire Gulmarg from the top. The picturesque is awesome that allows every minute feel with pleasure and enthusiasm. It also offers a wide host of snow sports during summer and winter. Winter Sport is exciting one that allows you to indulge all fun with other tourists as well. You can also hold camp fires amidst music. Because of the friendly atmosphere, the Gulmarg is likely to be the best destination in the state of Jammu and Kashmir.

Sonamarg :

Sonamarg is located at about 84 km away from Srinagar on the Srinagar - Ladakh road. While walking through the routes, the location offers you a spectacular picturesque from Ganderbal, Sindh Valley and Kangan. The breathtaking views offer Harmukh area that is dominated through the horizon. This place is best for trekking as numerous mountains lakes are passed such as Gadsar, Kishansar, Vishansar, Gangabal and Satsar.

This place plays a major role as it is the way to pass through Ladakh in the range of Great Himalayan Mountains. Sonmarg is base for the Amarnath yatra cave. Another major attraction of this place is the Thajiwas is a small valley on the foot of Glacier Sonamrg. Besides these, the Krishnasar Lake and Bisanar Lake are worth to watch. The Baltic colony believe that bathing in Niagrad, a place where Indus river meet has got power of medicinal healing amongst the harmful diseases.
