Ethipothala Watefalls, Andhra Pradesh, India :

Ethipothala Watefalls is a well identified picnic spots at a distance of around 11 kms downstream from Nagarjuna Sagar dam that is set delightfully in the valley. It falls in the Guntur District of Andhra Pradesh. The other close by attractions is Nagarjuna Konda and dam.

The Chandravankas stream here falls into a pond. At Muthukuru there is a rising place of river Chandra Vanka which is on the eastern part of the Nallamala hills. From 70 feet the river falls before it joins the Tumurkota reserve forest and this place is known as “Ethipothala water falls” which finally joins. This is one of the famous waterfalls in Andhra Pradesh which is visited by most of the people and they come from near and far place with their family and friends to enjoy at this place.
