Located in the midst of the mountains of Sahyadri’s, the Yana Caves are located at a distance of 25 kilometres from Kumta and covers the distance of 40 kilometers from Sirsi, which is a commercial centre. You can have a wonderful experience of the boondocks in all its sanctity and solitude of this dome paradise made of limestone. Yana Caves is very famous among rock climbers.

You have to walk for miles on the paved roads which are parallel to the highway. This area is renowned for its mountains and formation of rocks, serene temples and waterfalls.

You can enjoy a simple climb just about the dome of the rock or find out the cave connecting the dome. There is also a probability of enjoying hiking to Falls of Vibhuti and overnight camp in this area.
