Murudeshwar Beach :

This marvelous place is located about sixteen kilometers from the Bhatkal district. This has a beautiful temple located over the hillock. From Mangalore the distance is about one hundred and eighty kilometers towards the Murudeshar temple via National Highway. On route to Murudeshwar beach, you can get a nice view of the Arabian Sea on the west side and eye pleasant scenery of the east River, the length of this route is approximately two km. Murudeshwar temple's sea portion is inherent. The entire sea area is bounded by the towering of temple over the tiny hill, which is known as Kanduka Giri. There are two huge size stand guards, which have been placed on the temple's steps. This temple is old and has a huge history.
