Arvalem Waterfalls :
Mother Nature has blessed Goa with the rich and overwhelming beauty. This place is according to me a jolly land as it really makes you happy when you are around .Goa has many interesting things to offer like amazing beaches, rollicking water sports, delighting foods, wildly wild life, waterfalls and many more. There are three waterfalls in this jolly land .
This beach is located in Arvalem, North Goa. This waterfall has an altitude of seventy feet. The feature of this waterfall is it falls as a straight drop and when you see it in the monsoon; it really looks magnificient. The falls look beautiful with the deafening sound of water running down the rocky piece of land. When the Monsoon rain gushes into the waterfall, the water turns brown because of the mud and this makes it look more amazing.
Near this beautiful natural beauty stands the Rock Cut fifth century Aravalem Caves, this cave is also known as Pandava caves as it is named after the Hindu epic Mahabharata`s five pandava brothers. There is also the Shree Rudreshwar Temple on the same place which is very crowded at the time of shivaratri. There is a park developed by the government from where the waterfall looks splendid.
This place on the outskirt is really a natures gift. This place is an ideal picnic spot and an ideal place for bird watching. This place is also a delight amongst the photographers and filmmakers. So do not forget to carry your binoculars to watch out for beautiful birds and a camera for capturing those breath taking views and as it is favorite amongst the filmmaker, you never know when you spot your favorite actor.
So this waterfall is a must visit to have a look to the magnificent creation of the nature and the artistic temple. There are numbers of accommodations available nearby Arvalem.
