The town of Waghai hill begins 9 km from Saputara, surrounding this there are many tourist spots located, which will definately refresh you through its delightful beauty and ambience. The prime attractions where tourist must visit are Gira falls and Botanical Garden.
Botanical Garden :
In this garden you will see a large garden over 24 hectares, which consist of 1,400 types of plants from entire India. The people who love nature will definently be happy to see the different types of bamboo such as Beer Bottle bamboo, Golden bamboo, and Chinese bamboo etc. and enjoy walking along the amazing walkways which is lined by a variety of species tree.
Gira Falls :
Must visit Gira Falls during June to November. It is one km off the Saputara-Waghai road. While visiting the spots you can get refreshments from tea and snack stalls.

Hot Springs and Unnai Mata Temple :
If you go ahead around 19 kms from Waghai brings, you to see the Unnai Mata temple. While traveling you can bathe in the hot spring, this is attached to the Unnai Mata Temple. It is a historical construction.
Vansda National Park :
It is very rich and old forest; it is most covered by very high teak trees, gigantic creepers and mango groves. This forest is very dense, the density is so much that even in day time some parts of the forest is dark. There are many animals in the forest like monkeys, leopards, deer and wide species of bird. While entering the park tourist needs to take permission.
Vanil Udyog :
It is an irregular sawmill or it can be said as a woodworking unit which not only make the things from wood but also sell furniture. If anyone wants to buy then they need to pay advance before delivery. The people who visit this place can get a chance to see the making of furniture from logs of woods.
It is a village of tribals, which is located around 1km off the saputara - waghai hill road, it is near the Gira Falls. The interesting things about this are it is entirely surrounded by lush and bamboos from all sides of the village. If till now you have not seen the tribal or tribal village, then you can walk around this village.
